avreliaI spent yesterday an hour on a bicycle and my legs just stopped working by the time I was close to home. Half of the year not cycling, and the body forgets. I feel old.
on the other hand, I spent half of the day yesterday just hanging out with Daniel - he had no school yesterday, and George did. It was great.
