Flying to work in a mortar with a windchill up to crazy is highly overrated.

Well, flying in anything in such a weather is highly overrated, as the necessity to go to work. I tried to talk the hut into carrying me there, but it is a singularly stubborn chicken leg hut, and it said plainly that it wouldn’t be bothered to move out anywhere. Oh, well.

My mean consort is out exercising his meanness, and I am having breakfast. The problem with my eating habits (as I really hate the word “diet”) is that I love what I eat. And I eat what I love, which is why I have only the most inedible things as friends and pets. Strangely, it has never been a problem with the mean consort – but he really is a poisonous one. Anyway, I am enjoying a cup of coffee and two cutest little frogs for my breakfast.

She is like a role model, in a way

What's not admire? She is a stong female character, very complex one, with wit and integrity, and a good sense. She is a capable, self-made woman, who doesn't need men (maybe, for a dinner) of anybody else to complete her. She is a dark heroine, a creature of chaos that serves to mantain the order of reality, but she is not without a lighter touch, either. She is the real woman, warts and all, not to be viewed only as a sexual object, she is not some kind of vapid blonde.

Indeed she is! I always wanted to know more about her backstory, and found the constant demonization extremely boring.
