You, evil girl. I found your phrasing suspicious, so I cheated and checked the encyclopedia. The article said than no territorial concessions were made, but I'm sure the outcome and repercussions are a debated topic. I'll just stand over here on the side and listen to what others have to say.

Hi! it was great that wandered here and answered. I am happy to meet new people.
I’ve made this poll, because I’ve heard that USA side thinks they won that war, and Canadians think they did, and according to Wikipedia it is a moot point – so I wanted to check the opinions of my LJ readers.

Well, as you can see, they think they won. Well, since Canada didn't exist at the moment as an independent state, it was Great Britain.

Of course, my first accociation to 1812 is Napoleon in Russia, so this adds to confusion.
