That’s what I thought today, looking at one thing that most definitely was placed not where I would place it (I am not exactly a meticulous person, but I was really puzzled) then it occurred to me that I don’t live alone, and may be someone else misplaced the that thing. Probably, yet the original thought still stays true.
Even if I remember it happening, it doesn’t mean it actually happened
And vice versa.
But look what we (the other part) have found! Lego-movie spider-man How are we going to see it now?
What else? I stopped trying to read China Mieville Perdido Street Station. It is a good book, and I am feeling slightly guilty about my inability to get into it, but I just cannot master any interest in the characters and their actions. The city itself is cool, yes, but I drowned in all the descriptions, and at a certain point just stopped caring. Yet I love descriptive prose, I really do.
Picked up Umberto Eco, Foucault's Pendulum, and I am reading it now with the same kind of babbling joy than five years ago. Though, of course, I am different, hence the book is different for me than before, and instead of the joy of reading something cool in the first time, I have the joy of recognition of an old friend, and learning something new in it.
