Yeah, I used to visit Arizona in February when I was a kid. I've been to Scottsdale, Tuscon, Why, and I think Phoenix. And it's too dry - I can't breath in Arizona. I've tried. You're right it is too dry. I need some humidity.
New York isn't that bad generally speaking. But I'm thinking of retiring to Canada at the moment. ;-)
