avreliaYesterday it was sad and horrifying to see Notre Dame in flames. I’ve never seen it myself, and I am not sure when I will, but I am happy it survived, and very grateful for the work firefighters did there. I am sad today for all the world’s treasures that disappear without much public outcry due to accidents, negligence, or deliberate actions or wars… we are losing so much.
