Happy New Year!

I am using my very special New Year icon to wish my wonderful friends on LJ and beyond a New 2008 year full of wonders, joy, laughter, luck, good health, successes in everything and lot of happy events. ;)

For me the year 2007 was a challenging one, but overall, very happy - due to my baby son, of course. 2006 sucked muchly, with some giant bright spots like Writercon, but ended on a high note - with my pregnancy and our New York trip. What will happen in 2008? I have a lot of hopes and wishes and even a couple of resolutions. Let's hope I manage to get at least some of it done.

Actually one of the reasons for this post was to tell that I did receive your gift on 31st, and it was one of the best surprises ever! ;)

but then the baby woke up and I forgot what I was planning to write... He positively refused to sleep until New Year :)))

the clothes are big, of course, But I liked them and he will grow into them in no time! the bath thingies smell wonderful. I hope to find some time for a nice long bath though..

I'm kicking myself for exchanging the original outfit for this bigger one. This tells you how much experience I have with babies this age ;-) I was so paranoid it would be too small and out of season. Heh.

I hope you get a chance to use the bath thingies soon.

don't worry. babies' clothes are strange animals: they come in sizes that rarely coincide with actual babies, they shrink, etc... At least now we are on the safe side! :))
