Let's see, what has happened so far?

We moved a lot of furniture around, and now our furniture is moved. On Monday I had an oral presentation in my Professional Communication class (Yes! I am going to communicate like a professional, not like a ninny from now on! Watch me!)

Said presentation (on what is appropriate business gifts) was a smashing success, which I attribute solely to the fact that I had sexy lingery and a cow in my PowerPoint presentation.

The Canadian Immigration surprised us with the request to prove that we did live here for five years. Don't various government officers talk to each other? I mean we were not exactly hiding - traveling in and out, renewing our employment/visitors'paying taxes, having drivers' licences and stuff. Now I am not sure we exist. How would you prove that you exist to the government? "Cogito" won't work.

Using the slightly cooler weather I did a test-drive of my new "stylish yet affordable boots". Almost broke the heel falling in the pavement crack on Bloor. The boots are too warm though, which is good - they are supposed to move me through the winter, if the ice salt won't kill them.
